“Spot On Services truly lived up to their name. I had four rooms, the stairs, a bathroom, and two area rugs cleaned, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The moment I reached out, he followed up with a phone call right away. Scheduling was easy, and he was flexible with availability. He stayed in touch leading up to the appointment, showed up on time, and got straight to work. Pricing was very fair—especially with the upgraded sanitizer and carpet stain protectant. The cleaning itself was quick, thorough, and you could tell he takes pride in what he does. Personable, professional, and excellent customer service. I’ll absolutely be using Spot On Services again in the future. Highly recommend!”

I didn’t think it would happen.!! I thought it would take all day long, however, they were done in just a couple of hours. The most impressive thing was the fact that after a couple of days there were a couple of stains that were not removed and when I contacted Robert,, he was there the very next day to do those spots again.
